First Circuit CASA - Mitchell, SD

First Circuit CASA is a private, nonprofit organization that recruits, trains, and supervises volunteers dedicated to advocating for the needs of abused and neglected children currently in court proceedings. The program promotes safe, permanent homes for all children and seeks to educate the community concerning the needs of abused and neglected children.

Mission Statement: The mission of First Circuit Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) is to support and promote court-appointed volunteer advocacy so every child who has experienced abuse or neglect can be safe, have a permanent home, and have the opportunity to thrive.
